What to order: The Bibimbap and the Naan Taco are both always winners. If you want to try a beer their menu features a delicious and light ginger beer that is worth trying.

Early Girl Eatery has been featured in Southern Living, Wall Street Journal, and even Bon Appétit, for their delicious (and unique) brunch options and their use of locally-sourced ingredients. They have locations in Downtown Asheville, West Asheville, and North Asheville.
Tip: Gets crowded on weekends. If you like spicy options, ask to sample their homemade hot sauce.
What to order: The grit cake with vegetables will surprise you. The fried chicken and biscuits are a favorite of the locals.
