The Landings will launch and be open to residents in 2022, the developers (Hardy World Inc) and the architectural and design team (MHA works) behind The Landings development truly believe in the project and have high hopes for its success and consider it to be a great addition to downtown Asheville.
According to Cyd Jagger, the Lead Project Architect for MHA works (the North Carolina commercial architectural firm responsible for building and designing The Landings), “The Landings is designed to provide amazing natural beauty for residents that like to indulge in the outdoors while also being just moments away from the arts, culture, and life of downtown Asheville,”.
