In the Press

Great insights about the building, development, and history.

The very first residents at 60 North Market Street hadn’t moved in until late 2008. The company in charge of delivering the 100+ page Building Envelope Assessment covering all the exterior substrates for 60 North Market was Glass and Concrete Contracting (GCC). After their evaluation, they proceeded to implement the work outlined in the report.

At the same time, GCC also had to perform extensive restorative work following the owner’s requests. This included window glazing, waterproofing, masonry and concrete repairs general cleaning, and so on. Here’s what local Real Estate Manager Lisa Jules had to say: “...(GCC) completed a total analysis of the exterior of the building. They identified areas that have failed and needed to be addressed. They also provided a comprehensive scope of work for the bidding of the project in order to ensure that the repairs are completed to the highest standard. Their knowledge has been invaluable to our firm and our client.”
