Village at Bradley Branch Condo Guide
Tucked away south of Asheville at 22 Sunny Meadows Boulevard, Arden, NC, is this community of single-family homes and townhomes. It’s situated in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in the Arden area. The project comprises newly constructed luxury one- and two-story buildings featuring two, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 1,559 to 2,824 square feet. The for-sale-only condos feature integrated kitchen appliances, spacious bathrooms, gas fireplaces, and 2-car garages. Other building amenities include a community clubhouse, swimming pool, and well-kept lawn. It’s located between Hendersonville and Asheville, placing Downtown Asheville’s amenities within a 15-minute drive.
The Village at Bradley Branch is a collection of sturdy one- and two-story condos designed to accommodate the modern family setup. Built by D.R Horton in 2007, the houses were designed to be both environment and user-friendly. You will love the positioning of the fireplace—it’s both thoughtful and space-saving. There’s a nice kitchen bar for when you and the family are in a rush or too hungry to make it to the dining table. The master bedroom has all the trappings of luxurious living—a large walk-in closet, full bath—heightened by the heated floors and the large mirrors.
Currently, the condos are available for sale in the $300-500k range. Additionally:
- They are pet-friendly
