Tip: These pies are big. If you order, be prepared to share, or have leftovers.

What to order: You can’t go wrong with the classic “roni” pie. It’s a crowd-pleaser.

The community of Southside village also has a homeowners association that handles all matters of maintenance. This association handles sewer, water, garbage disposal, propane for the fireplaces, master insurance policy, common area utilities, common area maintenance, exterior building, and landscaping maintenance. As a result, the residents are expected to pay a monthly homeowners’ association fee of $248.

The Southside Village homeowners’ association has a website, where residents and members of the community can explore and obtain all kinds of information.
